Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate for Workforce Management (Assurance) – Rapid. Location is Nearshore Office across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with responsibilities spanning workforce planning, resource deployment, and AI-enabled reporting to drive efficiency.

You will optimize resource utilization, maintain allocation data, and support EY’s talent and business performance priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Microsoft automation tools is a plus.
Exposure to task automation, AI-supported reporting, or workflow optimization tools.
Experience in workforce planning or business operations within professional services.
Strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
Experience working in high-performing teams and people management exposure.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and timely booking entries to ensure data integrity.
Manage employee utilization to achieve target KPIs.
Prepare scheduled reporting, including allocation and utilization reports for stakeholders.
Partner with Audit teams to align resource requirements with available skills and competencies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily team operations.
Leverage AI-powered tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks and generate data-driven insights.
