We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented WordPress Assistant to support international clients with website updates, content uploads, layout adjustments, and day-to-day maintenance tasks. This role focuses on practical WordPress work, clean implementation, and consistent follow-through. If you enjoy working with page builders, improving layouts, and keeping websites running smoothly, this is a strong long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Update website content, pages, and blog posts
• Build and edit pages using Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg
• Make layout adjustments, format sections, and refine styling
• Handle plugin updates, basic troubleshooting, and simple fixes
• Assist with landing pages, forms, and basic integrationsEnsure mobile responsiveness and clean formatting
• Upload images, optimize media, and maintain site organization
• Support clients in industries such as e-commerce, coaching, real estate, agencies, and professional services

Qualifications

• Experience working with WordPress and common page builders
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (enough for simple adjustments)
• Confident using Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar)
• Familiar with plugins, themes, and general site structure
