Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing website, landing page and marketing design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma andAdobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color and UX fundamentals.
• Ability to translate briefs into final production with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Design websites, landing pages and marketing materials from concept to final design.
• Create wireframes, layouts and high-fidelity designs balancing UX and brand goals.

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Web & Graphic Designer who can bring marketing campaigns and brand ideas to life across digital and print. You'll be responsible for designing websites, landing pages and a wide range of marketing materials, working closely with the marketing team to create polished, on-brand experiences that support awareness, engagement and growth.

This is a great role for someone who combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of web design, user experience and marketing. You should be comfortable taking a brief from concept to final design, managing multiple requests and collaborating with marketers, developers and other stakeholders.

What you'll do

Web & landing pages

• Design website pages, landing pages and campaign experiences from concept through final design
• Create wireframes, page layouts and high-fidelity designs that balance user experience, brand and conversion goals
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile
• Partner with the web developer to provide clear, build-ready designs and assets
• Review implemented pages and provide design QA to ensure the final experience matches the approved designs

Marketing materials

• Design sales and marketing collateral including one-pagers, brochures, presentations, case studies, proposals and other sales enablement materials
• Create digital advertising, email graphics, social media creative and campaign assets
• Design trade show materials, signage, booth graphics and other event collateral
• Create and maintain reusable templates to help the marketing team move quickly while maintaining consistency
• Ensure all creative follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity

Brand & creative

• Help maintain and evolve the company's visual identity, brand guidelines and design system
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of creative assets and templates
• Edit and prepare images for use across web, social, campaigns and marketing materials
• Translate marketing briefs, messaging and campaign concepts into compelling visual stories
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other teams to understand requirements and deliver creative that supports business goals

Collaboration & project management

• Manage multiple creative requests and projects while balancing priorities and deadlines
• Work closely with marketers, copywriters and developers throughout the creative process
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from both creative and non-design stakeholders
• Keep design projects organized and communicate timelines and progress clearly

Must-haves

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, marketing design or related
• Strong portfolio demonstrating website, landing page and marketing design work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, colour and UX fundamentals
• Experience creating marketing materials across digital and print formats
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and design systems
• Ability to take a project from a creative brief through final production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with marketers, developers and other non-design stakeholders
• Advanced professional English (C1 or higher), written and spoken
• A strong understanding of how design can support marketing, engagement and conversion

Nice to have

• B2B or SaaS marketing experience
• Experience with Webflow, Framer, WordPress or other website/CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience working with developers on website builds
• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Video editing experience for social media, product marketing or campaigns
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools
• Experience with design QA and optimizing designs for web performance and conversion
