You will identify prospects, qualify needs, present capabilities, and coordinate with design and development teams. A strong focus on relationship-building and closing is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Confident verbal and written communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations, and follow up consistently.
• Understanding of website design and development concepts, including common project requirements and delivery stages.
• Explain digital services in clear, business-focused language without overstating technical capabilities.
• Skills in proposal preparation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Organized management of leads, client information, follow-ups, and sales activity using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Strong listening, time management, and coordination skills when working with design and development teams.
• Professional, customer-focused approach and willingness to learn about evolving digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective business clients who may need website design, development, or related digital services.
• Understand each prospect’s goals, requirements, budget considerations, and timelines, then recommend relevant service options.
• Present Tozora Tech’s capabilities and explain proposed solutions clearly to decision-makers.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to gather project information, prepare proposals, and communicate client requirements.
• Follow up on leads and proposals, maintain accurate records of sales activity, and support opportunities through negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Share market feedback and client needs with the team to help improve service offerings.
