Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with district authorities and partners to implement sector activities.
• Organize open forums before calls for proposals.
• Prepare sector-specific proposals with budgets and milestones.
• Review proposals for technical soundness and provide recommendations.
• Conduct capacity-building trainings for district departments.
• Act as focal point for documentation, success stories, and photos.
• Liaise with DGCD management and Project Cycle Management System.
