Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of sectoral activities identified in district plans.
• Organize open forums to enable dialogue between district authorities and implementers.
• Prepare sector-specific proposals with budget milestones aligned to priorities.
• Review proposals for technical soundness and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate capacity-building, trainings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as focal point for documentation, communication, and success stories.
