Job summary

SPERTON - Where Great People Meet, Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Warehouse/Store Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations in a fast-paced garment manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse or inventory management, with ERP/Odoo experience preferred. You will oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, coordinate with production, and drive accuracy and efficiency across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
• Prior experience in textile, garment, fashion manufacturing, or retail is essential.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock with ERP/system records.
• Monitor material movement across production stages from raw fabric to finished garments.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure material availability based on BOM.
• Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Supervise warehouse/store staff and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for all inventory transactions (GRNs, delivery challans, issue slips).
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Ensure quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing products.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards in the warehouse.

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.

• Previous experience within the textile, garment, fashion manufacturing, or retail industry is essential.

• Hands‑on experience with ERP or inventory management systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.

• Experience tracking material movement throughout manufacturing processes.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and record‑keeping skills.

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.

• Ability to work on the warehouse floor and manage day‑to‑day operational activities.
