Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Multan to lead daily FGWH activities, ensure FEFO compliance, and drive safety and efficiency across inbound/outbound processes.

You will supervise staff, optimize storage and labor, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet AOP targets. The role requires a Master’s in business or equivalent, 4–5 years in FMCG warehouse, and strong SAP/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of food safety and HSE procedures.
• 4–5 years in Finished Goods Warehouse within FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, supervise and train warehouse staff to meet goals.
• Develop systems for product handling, storage, inventory and shipping.
• Utilize WMS for inbound and outbound processes.
• Monitor labor utilization and delivery metrics (OTIF, CFR).
• Manage daily dispatch plans and provide regular outbound reports.
• Ensure FEFO compliance and on-time stock dispatching.
• Implement food defense and GEHSMS standards.
• Optimize MHE usage and coordinate preventive maintenance with OEMs.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental standards across all activities.
