Job summary

CTG is seeking a Warehouse Management Associate G6 in Pakistan to manage a range of warehouse activities in line with WFP guidelines. You will plan operations, coordinate receipts and dispatches, ensure accurate records, and maintain inventory while supervising staff and guiding training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, data-driven reporting, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Fluency in English and Urdu is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related areas.
• Experience administering third party service contracts and budget monitoring.
• Experience maintaining a logistics database and running queries.
• Experience in contract documentation and contract execution.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient storage of commodities.
• Review corporate warehouse standards to support efficiency and changing needs.
• Coordinate receipt/dispatch for accurate recording and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse transaction records and quick discrepancy reporting.
• Oversee inventory management and stock verification, addressing issues promptly.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and statistics on warehouse activities.
• Provide guidance to safeguard commodities and implement quality controls.
• Review space availability and design layouts to support business needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for aligned services.
• Identify training needs and plan staff trainings; supervise warehouse staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
