CTG Pakistan invites applications for a Warehouse Management Associate (G6). Based at multiple locations across Pakistan, you will plan and manage warehouse operations to safeguard commodities and ensure efficient storage in line with guidelines.

The role requires at least 6 years in supply chain/warehousing in Asia, a bachelor’s degree (desirable), and strong English/Urdu communication. Start date 01-Jan-2027; apply by 31-Dec-2026.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school education is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields is desirable.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/warehousing or related fields.
  • Experience in Asia is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient storage and inventory control.
  • Coordinate receipt and dispatch of commodities with accurate recording and reporting.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc warehouse reports and statistics.
  • Safeguard commodities and implement quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver aligned warehouse services.
  • Identify training needs and plan staff trainings.
  • Supervise warehouse staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Adhere to WFP warehouse guidelines and optimize space layout.

Qualification

Bachelors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Operational Research, and Business Analytics or any other related functional area ( desirable ).

Sector experience

Sector experience Minimum of 6 year/s of demonstrable relevant experience in supply chain related industry, logistics, warehousing, material distribution procurement, contracting or administration ( essential ).

Geographical experience

To manage a range of warehouse activities including safeguarding of commodities and supplies, and ensuring well-organized warehousing and storage service in compliance with WFP warehouse guidelines.

Role objectives

Responsible for the effective planning and management of warehouse operations, to ensure safe and efficient warehousing and storage of all commodities and supplies.

Contribute to review of WFP corporate warehouse standards and procedures, to support efficiency and changing business needs.

Coordinate the receipt/dispatch of commodities, to ensure accurate recording, accounting, and reporting is available at all times to support decision-making.

Responsible for the accuracy of warehouse transaction records including identification of discrepancies, to ensure immediate and accurate reporting on commodity movements in line with the corporate requirements.

Responsible for inventory management (e.g., physical stock verification, reporting, etc.), to ensure any existing and developing issues with regards to proper stocks management are timely addressed and WFP standard procedures for commodity handling and storage are strictly followed.

Supervise preparation and/or prepare regular and ad hoc reports and statistics on warehouse operations, to support informed planning and decision-making.

Oversee safeguarding of commodities through providing guidance on and taking initiative towards implementation of preventive measures, to ensure that commodities are preserved in good condition and that quality control actions are initiated as appropriate following WFP established procedures.

Review on periodic basis warehouse space availability, plan and implement new design layouts to support business needs and ensure cost-efficiency.

Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, in order to deliver aligned and coherent warehouse services.

Identify training needs and efficiently plan trainings, to ensure that all staff have required knowledge and skills to carry out their responsibilities.

Supervise warehouse staff, to ensure high performance standards. Job Profile: Warehouse Management Associate G6.

Perform other related duties or assignments in line with the position level and expertise as assigned by activity manager.

Project reporting

This role reports to the line manager.

Education:

Completion of secondary school education. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Operational Research, and Business Analytics or any other related functional area is desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain-related industry, Logistics, Warehousing, Material distribution Procurement, Contracting or Administration is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience maintaining a logistics database and running queries on ongoing shipments, pipeline information, insurance claims, and food stock.

Experience in administering third party service providers’ contracts.

Experience in compiling contract documentation.

Experience in contract execution.

Experience in budget monitoring and reporting.

Language:

Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Urdu.

Team management

This role has no team management responsibility.
