Job description

1. To receive and check company stock as per invoice/delivery challan.
2. To ensure that the stock is entered and updated in the system.
3. To maintain Store statement ledger on a daily basis.
4. To maintain and update the Stock transfer record.
5. To check and dispatch orders as per Daily Sales Report (DSR).
6. To receive and finalize returned stock.
7. The Warehouse In charge will be responsible for making up all disappearances/shortages in stocks as and when these may occur.
8. To check, ensure, and reconcile the final report with Returned Stock.
9. To coordinate with the Quality & Compliance team regarding QMS (Quality Management System) & GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
10. To follow and be in compliance with SOPs.
11. To coach and train subordinates/helpers.
12. To ensure that the damaged stock is placed separately from fresh stock.
13. To ensure that the expired stock is placed separately from fresh stock.
14. To follow and comply with all other secondary tasks assigned and instructed by BOMs/ZOMs.
