Pay: Monthly: 65,000 PKR - 95,000 PKR - Night-Shift

Position: Full Time Virtual Assistant/sales with digital Graphic experience. We are a USA based printing and sign company since 92'. Looking for someone who can manage sales and graphic editing work. Need only basic design skills, but strong in communication, well spoken English. Urdu/Hindi is a plus.

Work Hours: 10:00AM - 6:30PM CST

Work Schedule: Mon-Friday (Saturday as needed)

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, prepare mock-up/design, and get approval from clients for graphics works.
• Virtually assist clients for any changes to the artwork, either through email, phone call, or live screenshare.
• Follow up with clients for artwork approval.
• Collaborate with the team to stay in sync with current orders.
• Use the print management application to check order status and delegate tasks to the appropriate team.

MUST HAVE

• Experience working as sales or with clients professionally.
• Strong communication in English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in a print shop company.
• Worked with CorelDraw, Adobe, Invoice Tools.
