Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Producer role based in Lahore. The Video Producer will plan, coordinate, and execute video projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with brand and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing storyboards, organizing shoots, managing production schedules, overseeing on-set logistics, and directing talent and crew as needed. The role involves supervising video editing and post-production workflows, ensuring consistent quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery across multiple formats and channels. The Video Producer will also optimise content for various platforms, maintain organised media assets, and contribute to continuous improvement of production processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia, including planning shoots, managing production logistics, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, with experience in industry-standard software and workflows for color, audio, and finishing.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics into video content, collaborating closely with designers and animators.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work across different formats (social, web, broadcast, product demos, and brand storytelling).
• Excellent visual storytelling, script development, and communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site with production teams and stakeholders, and openness to occasional extended hours when projects require.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
