GOPKZ in Islamabad is hiring a Management Trainee Officer (Business Development) to drive supply-side growth by identifying, approaching, and onboarding travel and hospitality vendors across Hotels, Stays, Cars, Tours, and Experiences. You will build a pipeline of potential vendors, conduct cold outreach via calls, emails and WhatsApp, and oversee end-to-end onboarding from first contact to activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Comfortable with cold calling and strong follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of potential hotels, car rentals, tour operators, and activity providers.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp outreach to vendors.
• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding from initial contact to activation.
• Support negotiations on rates and commercial terms; maintain CRM records.
