The User Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our user base across all games. This role demands a strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition tactics. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, display networks, and mobile advertising networks such as Google, Meta etc.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage acquisition budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with broader company goals.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on user acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
