EZYTEAMS, a US-based staffing company with offices in California, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth with US clients. You will manage client relationships, lead generation, proposals, and deal closures in a client-facing role from an on-site office in Islamabad.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BD/sales, strong communication, and a proven track record in US market-focused sales, with bonus experience in staffing/VA services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development/Sales, preferably with US clients.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Deep understanding of US market, B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Experience managing the sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Skilled in client presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with US clients and prospects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market.
• Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct client calls and meetings to understand business needs and project scope.
• Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
