Job summary

Level3bos is seeking a US Commercial Leasing Expert / Property Accountant to manage lease interpretation, tenant billing, and property accounting using Yardi. You will review US lease structures (NNN, Gross, Modified Gross, CAM), perform lease abstracts, configure billing, reconciliations, and coordinate with property management and finance teams to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret US commercial leases, including NNN, Gross, Modified Gross, CAM, rent escalations, taxes, insurance, and tenant recoveries.
• Prepare lease abstracts and configure lease terms, billing schedules, escalations, and recoveries in Yardi.
• Manage tenant billing, payments, AR, AP, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Allocate property expenses and tenant recoveries according to lease terms.
• Assist with CAM and year-end reconciliations.
• Verify tenant billings against executed lease agreements.
• Prepare and analyze property-level financial, AR, and AP reports.
• Coordinate with property management, leasing, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate lease and accounting data in Yardi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lease abstracts and configure lease terms, billing schedules, escalations, and recoveries inYardi.
• Manage tenant billing, payments, AR, AP, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Allocate property expenses and tenant recoveries according to lease terms.
• Assist withCAM and year-end reconciliations.

Requirements:
