Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of cold calling experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM/dialer tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cold calling or appointment-setting experience.
• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Experience with US market cold calling is preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing, SaaS, or lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market.
• Introduce Meta Ads and digital marketing services offered by Real Impact Marketing.
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers; identify opportunities and qualify prospects.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team; follow scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Work toward daily and weekly call and appointment KPIs.
