Invisible Technologies Inc. is seeking a mid-senior Urdu Language Specialist – AI Trainer to review and annotate Urdu content for AI training from a remote location. You will evaluate AI outputs, document error patterns, and help refine prompts and linguistic guidelines to improve model performance.

Fluency in Urdu and experience in translation, linguistics, or editing are required, with contractor terms and hourly pay rates discussed during evaluation.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Urdu language specialist who can bring linguistic depth, cultural context, and precision to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate and refine Urdu text outputs, and provide expert feedback on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural appropriateness to strengthen model performance. On a typical day, you will review and annotate Urdu content, assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and fluency, identify and document error patterns, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines. Fluency in Urdu is required, along with demonstrated experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related professional work. Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Clear communication skills, cultural knowledge, and attention to detail are essential. We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
