Responsibilities:

• Write customized, persuasive proposals for Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing projects
• Bid strategically on relevant, high-potential jobs every day
• Optimize our Upwork profile for visibility, professionalism, and lead conversion
• Create compelling service descriptions, case studies, and project catalog listings
• Monitor competitors and suggest ongoing improvements to our Upwork strategy

Requirements:

• Proven track record managing and growing successful Upwork profiles
• Strong proposal writing and client research skills
• Understanding of Upwork's algorithm, rankings, and job success strategies
• Ability to track performance using Upwork analytics and reports
• Experience with agency-level profile optimization and service positioning

Must-Have Knowledge:

• How to maintain or regain a 100% Job Success Score
• Earning and keeping Top Rated / Rising Talent badges
• Using the right keywords and service tags for profile visibility
• Fast, professional communication to maintain high response scores
• Tailoring bids to match client expectations and project scope
