Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare tea daily for faculty, staff, meetings, and sessions.
• Set up classrooms and provide related logistics.
• Arrange examination and interview rooms.
• Assist with office and furniture shifting as per team leader’s guidance.
• Distribute internal mail within AKU.
• Coordinate weekly fumigation with the supervisor.
• Refill printing paper in all SONAM printers.
• Support all periodic activities at AKU-SONAM as needed.
• Participate in special or periodic activities at AKU-SONAM on a need basis.
