You will be responsible for collecting mails from the designated department, sorting and distributing couriers and internal and external mails for the assigned areas, and maintaining records of couriers in the computer system. You will also maintain front desk protocol by providing contact information, directions and guidance to customers for courier service, distributing packages such as UPS/FedEx/Airborne, and performing any related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
