Job summary

Integlix Solutions in Lahore is expanding its sales team and seeks a motivated professional to bring in new UK clients, manage accounts, and support growth.

You will reach prospects via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn, research leads, understand client needs, and explain our services to move deals toward closing while maintaining strong client relationships. Evening shift 1:00 PM–10:00 PM PKT, onsite in Wapda Town, Lahore.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore during 1:00 PM–10:00 PM PKT.
• UK market exposure is a plus.
• Proactive, organized with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Reach prospective UK clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Research businesses using Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify leads.
• Understand client needs and clearly explain the value of our services.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing accounts.
• Handle objections and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, leads, and sales activities.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to growth.
