Qualifications

• Previous UK sales campaign experience preferred.
• Experience in international sales or telemarketing.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK customers.
• Engage with leads from marketing channels.
• Understand customer needs and propose tutoring solutions.
• Explain Mixt Home Tutors' services, packages, and offerings.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with UK clients.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and other channels.
• Handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales while keeping a positive experience.
• Meet monthly and individual sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with tutoring and operations teams for onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance.
