ACCA Careers in Lahore (on-site) is hiring an Accountant/Bookkeeper to support UK-based clients. The role involves managing bookkeeping through draft financial statements, payroll, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate is ACCA or CA Finalist with 2–4 years of UK bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and good written and spoken English. You will work in an international firm offering growth opportunities and exposure to UK accounting practices.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA Finalist with 2–4 years of relevant experience (UK bookkeeping preferred).
• Hands-on experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and good written/verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for UK clients.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle payroll calculations and monthly payroll processing.
• Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Assist in management reporting and variance analysis.
• Prepare VAT returns in line with UK regulations.
• Support month-end/year-end processes and liaise with senior accountants.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
