Overview

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. Be a mentor to other UX team members in a collaborative and team-oriented work approach.

Contribute to constant improvement in UIUX processes across the platforms by understanding, defining and eliminating pain points, partner closely with product management, account management, sales, and customer support to understand our users and their needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage UI (User Interface) & UX (User Experience) design and development activities
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design UI mocks, site flows, and wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
