Institute of Performance Management, Pakistan

Create captivating and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: websites, banners, brochures, logos, social media posts, and advertisements.

Develop user-centered designs for websites and mobile applications, focusing on usability, functionality, and overall user experience.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and troubleshoot any design-related issues.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.

Create and schedule compelling social media content (graphics, videos, and copy) across various channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics to optimize campaigns and generate actionable insights.

Engage with our social media community, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our audience.

Job Specification
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
