Job summary

MicroAgility APAC is seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to translate requirements into modern interfaces. You will design web and mobile apps in Figma, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure consistency across layouts and design systems.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong visual design and ability to handle multiple tasks with feedback-driven revisions. Remote, part-time collaboration is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping and handoff.
• Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web apps.
• Solid understanding of UX, user flows, usability and responsive design.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, color and layout.
• Experience creating logos, PDFs and other business materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
• Email template design experience.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; ability to interpret requirements.
• Portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX work; strong communication; remote work capability in part-time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Review existing designs and identify UI/UX improvements.

• Create logos, icons, banners, certificates, PDFs, presentations and other visuals as required.
• Prepare organized, developer-ready Figma files with specs and assets.
• Handle design revisions and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage multiple design tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with product/development team for clarifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing mobile applications and responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, usability, and responsive design.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, color, and layout.
• Experience creating logos, certificates, PDFs, and other business/marketing materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned design tasks.
• Email template design experience.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand requirements and make appropriate design decisions without needing step-by-step direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX work.
• Good communication and ability to work remotely in a part-time capacity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, dashboards, and business applications.
• Experience creating and maintaining Figma design systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into development.
