Truck driver vacancy in Faisalabad Pakistan

Long Haul Truck Driver

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across long distances. Your main duty will be to operate heavy-duty trucks and follow assigned routes to deliver cargo on time. You will also be responsible for performing pre-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs of driving hours and distance, and complying with all traffic laws and safety regulations. You may also be required to assist in loading and unloading cargo at the designated locations.

To excel in this role, you must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record. You should also have excellent time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina is also crucial, as this job may involve long hours of driving and loading/unloading heavy cargo.

Responsibilities:
- Transport goods across long distances in a safe and timely manner
- Operate heavy-duty trucks following assigned routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and distance traveled
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo at designated locations
