Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, budgets, and expectations.
• Develop and recommend customized travel itineraries based on clients' needs.
• Manage end-to-end bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and travel insurance.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance on visa requirements, travel documentation, and destination regulations.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and special travel requests efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay informed about travel trends, airline policies, destination updates, and industry regulations.
• Address and resolve customer queries or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
