Job summary

UNDP Pakistan's Rule of Law programme seeks a Travel and Logistics Associate to provide travel, mission, event- logistics and administrative support for programme activities. This role requires coordinating with personnel, operations, and service providers to ensure timely and compliant travel arrangements.

The incumbent will manage travel plans, documentation, and claims, and support logistical needs for meetings, trainings, and field missions in Islamabad and other locations as required.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred in business, logistics or related field.
• Experience in travel management, logistics, events support or related areas is desirable.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate official travel, itineraries and accommodation for programme personnel.
• Support travel claims, documentation and budgeting in missions.
• Plan logistics for workshops, trainings, and conferences.
• Maintain records of travel authorisations, tickets and expenses.
• Assist with field visits and logistical arrangements as needed.
