This position is located in the Country Office in Pakistan (COPAK), with duty station in Islamabad, reporting to the UNODC Travel lead in Vienna. The Travel Assistant will coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative support for UNODC operations across ROCA, RSEWCA, ROSA and ROSEAP.

The role is embedded in the UNODC travel consolidation effort, working under guidance from COPAK and the DO/DM structures within UNOV.

This position is located in the Country Office in Pakistan (COPAK), with duty station in Islamabad, Regional Office for Afghanistan, Central Asia, Iran and Pakistan (ROCA), Regional Section for Europe, West and Central Asia (RSEWCA), Division for Operations (DO), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). However, this position is under the UNODC’s Regional Hub of the Regional Office for Southeast Asia and the Pacific (ROSEAP), DO, UNODC as part of the UNOV/UNODC Travel Consolidation, and also covers the Regional Office for South Asia (ROSA). The Travel Assistant will report directly to the UNOV/UNODC Travel lead in Vienna, General Support Section (GSS), Division for Management (DM), United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), with administrative guidance from the COPAK Representative or the designated Associate Finance Officer in COPAK.
