Job summary

Transsion in Lahore is seeking a Training Manager to lead the development of the company’s training framework and materials. You will manage the full training lifecycle, from needs analysis to delivery, ensuring resources are aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to design courses, and the capacity to work under pressure with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; training management experience preferred.
• Familiar with the full training process; ability to build training systems and design courses.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organizational planning and writing skills; proficient in office software.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Improve the company's training system, formulate training management regulations and implement training plans.
• Conduct training needs research at all levels, design training courses, organize training implementation, and coordinate internal training resources.
• Optimize training courseware and training processes.
• Establish a training effectiveness evaluation mechanism, follow up on results, and produce training summary reports.
