Job summary

ACCA Careers in Pakistan is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to manage daily financial records, produce statements under FRS-105/FRS-102, and handle UK corporation tax computations for clients. Proficiency in Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks and Excel is required.

Duties include VAT returns under UK rules, personal income tax returns, and monthly payroll using Sage 50 payroll. ACCA Affiliate/Finalist or BS Accounting & Finance is preferred; UK firm experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• ACCA Affiliate/Finalist or BS Accounting & Finance qualified.
• Experience in UK based firm preferred.
• Expertise in Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks and Excel preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records (Bookkeeping) using various software.

• Prepare financial statements with UK/FRS disclosures and UK tax implications.
• Compute Corporation Tax according to UK tax legislation.
• Draft letters and documents for correspondence.

• Prepare individual income tax returns according to UK tax legislation.

• Analyze financial data using different analysis tools and techniques
• Prepare financial statements with disclosures required by FRS-105 and FRS-102
