Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinateoffboardingprocesses, ensuring smooth exits and completion of clearance procedures
  • Assist inperformance management cycleactivities (goal tracking, appraisal coordination, data management)
  • Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee databases
  • Support HR policies and process compliance across departments
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
