Job summary

Pintern, a well-established engineering design consultancy in Karachi, invites fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates to join as Trainee Design Engineers. This full-time, on-site role in DHA Phase 8 includes paid on-the-job training and a path to grow in design and product development.

You will assist in new designs, prepare drawings and documentation, and ensure compliance with standards, while collaborating with senior engineers to gain practical, hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge or hands‑on experience with CAD software such as CATIA, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, or SolidWorks is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document and communicate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of new product designs and contribute to the improvement of existing designs.
• Prepare, review, and maintain detailed engineering drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure that design solutions comply with relevant standards, specifications, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to support project deliverables and meet established timelines.
