Trainee Customs

Title: Trainee, Customs Operations

Location: Karachi (Bahadurabad)

Job Type: Internship leading to full time (On Site)

Shift Timings: 06:00 PM till 03:00 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Stipend: Paid

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and submitting customs documentation for import shipments.
2. Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
3. Work closely with clients, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely clearance of goods.
4. Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs officials, and internal teams.
5. Communicate effectively as the primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

1. Fresh or prior internship experience in international customs operations, looking to grow in the logistics industry.
2. Familiarity with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and procedures is a plus.
3. Good communication and email writing skills.
4. Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
