A food company is looking for a call center trainee manager. The candidate will initially act as a one-man army and will develop their very own team over time.
We will start with one seat and then expand it to up to 10 seats in the coming few months (possibly weeks). The candidate will be responsible for taking calls and processing orders. Initially, it will be an inbound call center focusing on processing food orders being received.
In stage 2, outbound seats will be added along with the expansion of the team and timings.
We need a strong-willed person who knows how to drive things and make them happen. A can-do and will-do attitude is required.
The candidate must love their job and be fluent in English and Urdu.
A pleasant personality with a positive mindset is essential.
A strong desire to grow with innovative ideas is required.
Must be self-driven and a hard worker.
Punctuality and time management are must-have qualities.
