Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a seasoned Title Review Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will review title commitments, analyze deeds and mortgages, and ensure clear lien positioning for commercial transactions.

The role requires 5+ years in title clearance/examination, strong attention to detail, and experience with loan closings. A US real estate background and knowledge of title insurance are highly valued. This is a full-time, remote position with PTO after 6 months.

Qualifications

Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in reviewing title commitments, thoroughly understanding the requirements and exceptions to ensure proper lien positioning.


• Proficient in analyzing legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, lien releases, corporate documents, and authorizations with keen attention to detail.


• Adept at interpreting legal descriptions, surveys, and title exceptions to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business Administration or Finance. A solid understanding of U.S. real estate and title insurance/review is essential.

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in title clearance, title examination, and closing operations.


• Proven expertise in reviewing title commitments, interpreting requirements and exceptions, and guaranteeing a clear title for successful closings.


• Experience working within lending, title, or escrow settings—reviewing purchase, refinance, and commercial files is a valuable plus.

Preferred Background / Industry Experience:

• Experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, or escrow roles, particularly involving mortgage refinance, purchase, and commercial title reviews.


• Comfort with lien verification and managing closing documents is highly desirable.

Key Soft Skills:

• Sharp attention to detail paired with a strong analytical mindset.


• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple files efficiently.


• A collaborative communicator and true team player who takes ownership, excels at problem-solving, and exercises sound independent judgment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experienced with title platforms like CSC, NETRO, or similar systems.

• USD base salary.
