Job summary

REXEN Consultancy is seeking a proactive TikTok Shop Specialist/Manager to grow our UK presence. You will run daily operations, optimize listings, plan live events, and collaborate with creators to drive sales.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate with marketing and operations, and stay ahead of TikTok trends to keep strategies effective. An entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

2–3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing (TikTok Shop preferred).
Solid understanding of TikTok content, audience behaviour and live shopping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external partners.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with data tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end TikTok Shop operations: listings, pricing, orders and fulfilment.
Plan and optimise live shopping events and on-platform campaigns.
Collaborate with creators and affiliates to boost sales.
Monitor metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, GMV) for growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align promotions.
Maintain shop health: reviews, returns and compliance with policies.
Stay updated on trends and new TikTok commerce features.
