Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in textile (spinning/weaving) industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for spinning and weaving projects.
• Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and tender documents.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure cost control and financial reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams.
