Job summary

Eclipse Sports Pvt Ltd is seeking a Textile Engineer to oversee garment production, improve efficiency, and ensure quality for sportswear and teamwear orders in Sialkot.

You will coordinate with merchandising, planning, cutting, stitching, quality and packing teams; develop production plans; monitor line balancing and machine utilization to meet delivery targets with a focus on cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of practical garment production experience.
• Strong knowledge of stitching operations, fabrics, garment construction and quality control.
• Experience with polyester fabrics, sublimation, sportswear or teamwear preferred.
• Understanding of production planning, capacity calculation, SMV, line balancing and efficiency improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and production reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production from fabric issuance through cutting, sublimation, stitching, finishing and packing.
• Develop production plans and ensure orders meet quality and delivery targets.
• Improve line balancing, workflow, machine utilization and operator productivity.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical garment issues.
• Monitor daily output, work-in-progress, rejection, alteration and rework.
• Coordinate with merchandising, planning, cutting, stitching, quality and packing teams.
• Verify fabric quality, shrinkage, colour fastness and wash-test approvals before production.
• Establish and implement production SOPs and quality-control checkpoints.
• Ensure accurate bundle, bucket and purchase-order traceability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support cost reduction without compromising garment quality.
• Train production teams on approved methods, specifications and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and responsible manufacturing standards.
