Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor in Talagang, Punjab, Pakistan. The TSS reports to the Area Sales Manager and leads a small team, coordinating with franchisees and retailers to achieve regional sales targets, drive JazzCash and Postpaid growth, and develop the JazzWorld franchise network.

The role involves daily market visits, stock checks, franchise management, KPI delivery including activation, wallets, prepaid/postpaid, remittances, and channel expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and channel development.
• Strong field sales orientation with ability to manage franchises.
• Willingness to work remotely or under supervision.
• Target-driven with KPI achievement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 2–3 TSSs and coordinate with franchisees and retailers.
• Conduct daily market visits, spot checks, and stock availability reviews.
• Drive KPI targets: activation, postpaid/prepaid sales, remittance, and wallet growth.
• Develop and expand the retail and distribution network in the assigned territory.
