Nature Harvest is seeking a Territory Sales Officer to join our team in Rawalpindi and Azad Kashmir. As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium juices, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within your assigned territory.

Job Specification

Responsibilities:

Actively promote Nature Harvest juices to retailers, distributors, and key accounts in your assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand market share.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.

Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Collect and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to the management team.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade marketing activities and ensure brand visibility at the point of sale.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with the Rawalpindi and Azad Kashmir market is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to analyze sales data.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
