Job summary

Lab Diagnostic Systems is expanding its sales team across Pakistan to promote Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), Core IVD, and Blood Transfusion Solutions. We are seeking motivated, target-oriented individuals with a passion for sales and business development.

Locations include multiple cities across Pakistan. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building strong hospital and laboratory relationships, conducting field visits, and coordinating with distributors to ensure product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Pharmaceutical sales background encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may apply.
• Experience in medical diagnostics, IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, dealers, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits to strengthen customer engagement and expand market reach.
• Promote POCT, Core IVD, and Blood Transfusion Solutions to relevant healthcare institutions.
• Coordinate with distributors and ensure product availability across the assigned territory.
• Identify new customers, monitor market trends, and assess competitor activities.
• Support CMEs, workshops, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on territory performance.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
• Experience in medical diagnostics, IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.
