A leading company in Lahore is seeking a sales support representative. The role involves making calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, and providing product information while maintaining a high level of customer service. Suitable candidates should be self-motivated with previous sales experience and excellent communication skills.
Responsible for providing support to the Company's sales team by inbound calls to prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson.
Primary duties include calling home owners in specific areas and conducting a very brief consultation to set an appointment.
Responsibilities (non-exclusive):
Collect information from supervisors regarding cold/warm calling techniques.
Call potential customers.
Greet customers as they pick up the phone and introduce yourself and the Company.
Provide information regarding the service or product in question.
Record all information collected from potential customers.
Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience.
Requirements:
Self-motivated under minimal supervision.
Self-directed and ability to generate appointments and build the Company’s brand.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile required.
Previous call center/inbound or outbound sales/telephone sales experience highly desired.
Proven track record of success (i.e., consistently meeting quota).
Excellent customer service and communications skills
