Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a final decision.
• Share proposals, explain pricing and handle objections.
• Close deals and coordinate payment confirmations.
• Maintain lead records and follow-up notes in the CRM.
• Provide weekly feedback on lead quality and questions.
