Monthly Pay: PKR 60,510 - 146,910 per month

Summary:

You speak clearly, listen without interrupting, and help leads understand why you are calling. Assigned call lists and requests for callbacks guide your daily conversations. You explain the offer, check interest, and connect people with the sales team when they want further discussion. The aim is to keep calls useful and give interested leads a clear next step. A sales team lead reviews your conversations and provides guidance on questions that need more help. This is a fully remote position where you work from home and use shared tools for calls. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Open your assigned call list in a CRM such as Zoho CRM, a system that stores lead details. Plan steady daily calling.
• Call leads through a business phone system such as Dialpad, a tool for making calls. Give a friendly introduction and explain your purpose.
• Ask short questions about each lead's needs and interest. Listen before deciding whether a sales conversation would help.
• Explain the offer using approved call notes and common words. Check understanding, answer simple questions, and never promise results.
• Respond politely when someone says no or asks to talk later. Note their reason and agree on a welcome callback.
• Pass interested leads to the sales team with clear notes. Arrange calls using a scheduling tool such as Microsoft Outlook.
• Return calls when leads request follow-up. Read previous notes first so people do not need to repeat their answers.
• Record each call's outcome, comments, and next step. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and do-not-call requests in the lead list.
• Share daily call counts and interested leads with the team lead. Practice call outlines and apply coaching feedback.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct transfers to the sales team, and steady daily call activity.

• No experience required. Previous phone, customer-facing, or outbound calling experience is preferred.

• Basic understanding of lead interest, callback requests, and when to pass conversations to the sales team.
• Ability to write short, accurate notes that explain the conversation and next step to another team member.
• A patient approach to refusals, repeated questions, and people who are not ready to continue.
• A quiet place for clear calls, with care taken to keep lead details private during your work.
