Job summary

HNL is seeking a Coordinator for an on-site role at Head Office, Divine Garden, Airport Road, Lahore. You will own day-to-day project coordination, Huawei ISDP data entry, and management reporting, interfacing between field engineering teams and executive leadership.

With 2–4 years of telecom project coordination or PMO experience, you will drive milestone delivery, ensure governance, and maintain meticulous documentation while supporting recruitment teams and project governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 2–4 years in telecommunications, project coordination, or PMO operations.
• Hands-on Huawei ISDP experience mandatory.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end telecom project execution, rollouts, and PMO activities.
• Manage project tracking, milestones, and site progress updates using Huawei ISDP.
• Design and maintain Excel dashboards and pivot tables for executive reporting.
• Facilitate daily coordination between field teams, subcontractors, managers, and stakeholders.
• Track material dispatch, equipment delivery, and site readiness milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and assist in risk mitigation with senior PMs.
• Maintain project documentation, minutes, and audit trails.
