Job summary

Netkom Technologies in Pakistan seeks Telecom Engineers (L1–L5) for on-site roles across multiple domains. You will design MW networks, configure NMS, and deliver training while supporting multi-vendor platforms (Huawei/ Ericsson/ ZTE/ NEC).

You will engage in HLD/LLD, link budgets, frequency planning, and power design. Strong English, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom/CS or related field.
• Experience from L1 to L5 in telecommunications engineering.
• Hands-on multi-vendor equipment experience (Huawei/ Ericsson/ ZTE/ NEC).
• Expertise in MW transmission planning, NMS troubleshooting, and power systems.
• Experience with microwave link planning, NMS supervision, and rectifier systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

• Design HLD/LLD, link budgets, capacity sizing, and frequency planning for MW networks.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot multi-vendor Microwave NMS platforms.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs and labs.
• Design power architectures, load calculations, battery backups, and rectifier config.
• Provide field-team support and technical escalation for complex installations.
• Collaborate with project managers, RF engineers, network planners, and operators.
• Maintain documentation, standards compliance, logs, and telemetry reports.
• Prepare technical reports, training manuals, and network optimization plans.
